Joining the team in February 2022, Paula’s previous work experience – as a jack of all trades, including work as a travel consultant, administrative coordinator, personal assistant, sales negotiator and estate agent – makes her ideal for the role of Marketing Consultant at The ValPal Network.

She didn’t go to university – instead getting to ‘the grind’ straight after school – but has registered next year for a part-time study diploma in Paralegal Law, to further expand her horizons and her skillset.

Paula also has a very creative side, with awards in both drama and poetry on more than one occasions, and an adventurous side, too. She has received training in first aid, fire fighting (yes, really) and personal survival techniques, as well as in personal safety and social responsibility.

Away from work, her dream destination would be Tulum – on the Caribbean coastline of Mexico – ‘chasing palm trees and cocktails’. She loves anything Harry Potter – taking part in and hosting annual Potter quiz nights with friends – and also enjoys gaming and a good murder mystery.

She also loves her rottweiler (Misa) and her cat (Bmo), but really dislikes prawns, crabs or lobster – she calls them spiders of the sea! – and judgemental bullies.
