The Let Alliance Group was started in 2008 by Andy Halstead, Chief Executive with the Chester based letting agent Jordan & Halstead. It quickly expanded with Rent on Time later that year and was followed by the launch of Let Alliance for letting agents and financial intermediaries in 2011.

•         Jordan and Halstead - property management and letting agent specialist.
•         Rent on Time – providing rent guarantee insurance to private landlords.
•         Let Alliance – providing tenant referencing and rent guarantee services to letting agents, with specific landlord and tenant insurance products; and  tailored buy-to-let insurance to the financial intermediary market.

The company is built with customers at the heart of it, and their aim is to be the premier provider of specialist products and services to the UK residential rental market.

Our relationship with the Let Alliance group started earlier this year and our initial focus has been on their websites and social media, with the design and content team also supporting delivery of new literature for a letting agent product launched last month.

Our website activity is focused on improving SEO and we are starting to see an upward trend. We have also refreshed and re-launched the Rent on Time website.

The social media team have created a modern look for the Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts across all three businesses. Each business is now active on social media channels and more approachable to their customers through regular interaction with them.
